I love a good forced proximity/fake dating romance and this book did not disappoint. My best friend told me about the Addicted series by Krista and Becca Ritchie a few years ago and we finally got to buddy read this book together!
Addicted to You follows the lives of Lily Calloway and Loren Hale, two best friends who are "dating" each other while hiding the addictions that they struggle with. Lily and Lo seemed to have been maintaining their charades for three years but something changes between them. Lily and Lo find themselves depending on each other more and slipping deeper into their addictions... to their favorite substances and each other.
This might be a hot take...but I really, really, REALLY like Lily. I know she is a very complicated character, and some of the events in the book could have been prevented if she shared her problems with her family. But her shyness is what got me! Also, her crash out when Lo brought a girl home sent me through a loop!

Spice Level: I would give this book a one on the spice level. Most of the content is closed-door but I did hear that it gets more graphic as the series goes on.
I am so excited to continue this series with my best friend and I am also excited to read the Calloway series which follows Rose and Daisy! I give Addicted to You 5 stars!
